Training & Experience

Over the last 12 years I have attended numerous studies to better understand how trauma impacts us as humans. I have been honored to witness the journey of many men, women, and children, as they overcome the challenges before them. Going through the change that therapy brings is not easy, but I believe it increases our resilience, our understanding, and our self-compassion. We all deserve to have someone witness the deepest parts of our journies with unconditional positive regard, no judgment, and extreme empathy.
